For accredited university programs in architecture, Affinity is available at a fraction of the cost of the commercial program. Available to students and faculty for learning architectural programming and schematic design.
Who Qualifies Students: To qualify for an educational license of Affinity as a school of architecture student, you must have a valid academic ID with a picture and with the enrollment date visible.
Faculty: To qualify for an educational license of Affinity as faculty in an architecture program, you must be an educator at an accredited school of architecture and provide us with a course syllabus or similar document that illustrates the fit of Affinity in your curriculum.
Affinity for Education licenses are to be used for educational purposes only and may not be used for commercial or for-profit work of any kind.
An Affinity for Education license costs $10 per user license and includes Affinity Desktop and the Affinity for Archicad plug-in. At this time, Affinity is available as a single user license, so each student in a class and each faculty member must purchase Affinity separately.
How to Order Add this item to your shopping cart. After checking out as normal, fax a copy of your valid student ID or course syllabus (for faculty) to 617-576-5543. Once we have validated your educational status in an accredited architecture program, we will email you a serial number and program download instructions.

Affinity is an ideal tool for the client-facing architect or engineer who is not an expert in CAD and BIM modeling software. And the work done in Affinity can be integrated into the design tools without losing the information recorded in the program.
